Great experience with my first tailoring job! I came in with a hoodie that I needed the sleeves shortened, but not in the traditional way of shortening from the cuffs. The hoodie had lettering on the arms which required shortening from the shoulder. He took the time to listen to my thoughts on what I wanted and offered suggestions on what should be done. He did a great job, exactly what I wanted and it turned out perfect and was done even before the actual due date and for a reasonable price! I will definitely be back for any tailoring needs and have used the drycleanering services in the past with great results. Perfect neighborhood business to have close by!
The customer service here is wonderful. They are friendly, polite and happy to chat. I brought my wedding dress here to the seamstress and she did a fantastic job! She got it finished on time and it looked gorgeous. I was so happy, thank you so much! :)
Rahmat I think was the one that helped me at the front counter. I needed my suit done for sunday and I came in near closing on friday he was able to get my suit dry cleaned by saturday. Im mainly pleased with his effort to get it done and with his polite demeanor. Great experience with this tailor shop and ill be coming to them for my future tailoring needs as well as recommending them to my friends and family.
