Serenity was excellent and quick in communications. Everything was a heartfelt Life transaction. They took care of us and our loved one with sensitivity and class. Their patience and care for us in our grief was palpable. We are very appreciative to Serenity and Kaitlyn. Thank you so much.
Losing a loved one is never easy but I am very thankful that when it happens, Serenity Funeral Service is there to help. Our family and friends has always used Serenity when a relative passes away, and when my dear Mother passed away in late September, 2025, my experience with Kaitlyn and her Team at Serenity on 91st street, Edmonton was exceptional.
