Best place ever!!! I took my 6yr old long-haired dachshund/terrier mix here twice now and they never disappoint!! The haircuts are so soft and smooth, never choppy, and service for my little one takes just an hour tops for a full grooming session compared to other groomers who would take 4+ hrs to groom my small dog. 100% I will be referring my friends and family to Ruffington’s Palace they’re the best at what they do! Thank you for your amazing work, and being so compassionate towards all the animals that walk through your door.
This is already a month late review. But still I want to thank the Staffs for being so patient on my dog. It was our Zeus’ 1st groom and we are so worried cos he has too much energy and hyper. But still they did a very good job handling him like a pro! He looked so perfect and fluffy! Staffs are so accomodating and fun to talk to, extremely patient and professionals. Thank you for taking good care of our dog and we’ll surely be back soon. Highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
