A fantastic community building for natural health and wellness, from an organic grocery store to a fantastic coffee shop and lots of professional offices upstairs and cheap heated underground parking!

Came here for a group meeting.
Nice building with plenty of clean washroom
They also house an organic grocery store that carries a variety of healhty alternative food products.
I like that there’s underground parking but it’s tight with some manoeuvring challenges paying for parking isn’t as easy as parking. They only take credit not visa debits but credit they also have an app should u wish to pay that way.
Made a few stops the grocery store was really nice. When I walked in all I could smell was fresh pizza coming from the oven. They had some unique items that you won’t find in regular grocers.
My last stop was the side cafe the food there is very good. Portion size compared to the prices are below average but it’s all fresh and locally sourced. Service was excellent the waitress was very attentive... read full review
