I was told by Enercare that my favorite technician, Allan, did no longer doing annual tune ups anymore, as he is over qualified. KIANA is incredible. She's amazing; professional, friendly, great sense of humor. She did a fantastic job on my annual a/c tune up and hope to see her smiling face here next year.

He quickly demonstrated his expertise with his familiarity with my furnace and provided numerous pointers for how to improve my system and problems to watch out for. Highly recommended.

I was impressed by Kelvin and his team. They were all very kind after my condo board through a monkey wrench into our original plan but they were able to offer solutions and get the job done.
