We absolutely love the staff and our Doctor and RVP. Both of my children have seen Dr Leonard for a number of years. I was sad when my son turned 18 that he had to move on. Now my daughter has turned 18 after decade of wonderful treatment it’s our final goodbye. Dr Leonard has always been patient and understating. She’s a very good listener and gets the full picture before she diagnoses or recommends treatment. The staff knew I was sad say goodbye, so they let this momma have a sticker and wished us well with kind words. It filled my heart. This was my second time taking my 6 soon to be 7 year old son here to see Dr Benson. I will start off by saying she is GREAT absolutely love her. I feel like she really does care and really does do her best to find the best treatment option or referrals for my son. I find her to be very personable and kind.
Now as far as the front desk staff that’s another story. If you are working at a place of business that specializes in children than I would expect your attitude and mood to reflect so. Dr. Chybuk is kind and listens to your concerns. My issue are firstly if you can even find parking you must pay. Secondly, after visiting the pediatrician I tried to book their follow up appointments. The more elder lady behind the counter informed the doctor is unable to book appointments a year in advance for my one daughter. (Fine, I’ll accept that as being quite reasonable) my other daughter was scheduled for a follow up for 4 month time from now. I requested that the office remind me on the visit in 4 months time to book an appointment for my other daughter. The response I received from the woman at the counter was to put a reminder in my phone as it’s not their... read full review
