It’s the best deal that we have got during our home purchase for the per square feet space. He had good connections with builders and has great negotiating skills which helped us getting roughly 30k less than the builder listed price of the home .He also got us great deals for all our home appliances and furnitures with the help of his connections.I have no hesitation in recommending him for any real estate matters

Rishi helped us in every single step of purchasing house. Rishi know builders very well. we had seen his post of Brookfield houses. he showed us all of their show homes. and we found the house we like. at purchasing time Builder tried to sell some expensive upgrades Rishi advised us to not to take them He was right. I will say builders are very sneaky they keep their profit on upgrades. He knows real estate market very well. He also gave us insights regarding houses with other builders. We compared the prices square feet size and location. He knew our house was best deal in the market. We got the best deal only because of Rishi. I would say my wife and I were lucky to have Rishi on our side.
