The sales team and installation team are absolutely fantastic. However, the accounting and billing department is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have misapplied payments, they tell you one thing on the recorded phone line then do something else entirely different. They do not call back with any findings with their investigations into this problem, you have to call them back and speak to multiple reps. The only way we can make some sort of headway with their accounting and billing department is to get angry and threaten legal action THEN they decide to be remotely helpful. If you can but their system/equipment outright then go for it because their installation team and sales teams are great. But stay away from their horrible billing department!

The HVAC Tradesman was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me tips on user maintenance that I should be doing on a regular basis to help prolong the life of my units.
