Very professional surgery, Dr Martinka was most willing to answer any questions about my minor procedure and was quick to reassure me all was fine. The attending nurse was extremely kind and careful in her duties. Very impressive.

I want to make it know that Crystal, Barb and Dr Remgton were
part of my "care team". As someone who has suffered from cystic acne and scarring for most of my life, I’ve visited dermatology clinics across the U.S., Brazil, South Africa, and Canada. I’ve undergone three rounds of Accutane, countless topical treatments, and multiple laser and peel sessions. Yet, it wasn’t until I walked into Remint]gton clinic that I felt I was being given the truth, even when it wasn’t what I wanted to hear.

When I came to your clinic, I was ready to pursue an aggressive ablative laser treatment, regardless of cost. During my consultation, your team was professional and thorough, and I left feeling confident that my lifelong struggle with acne scarring was finally nearing its resolution.

Then came the follow-up call from you personally, Dr Remington. you told me something I hadn’t expected: that my previous laser treatments and history of hypopigmentation made ablative laser an unwise choice for my skin issues. While it was difficult to hear, I quickly realized it was coming from a place of care and expertise.

I admit I sought second, third and firthd opinions, but no other clinic provided the clarity and sincerity that your team did. Your honesty—though initially hard to accept—spoke volumes about your dedication to achieving real results for your patients, rather than simply offering expensive treatments.

Special thanks to your team—Barb, Nikki, and especially Crystal—whose empathy, expertise, and genuine care have made my journey so much easier. They’ve guided me toward a more appropriate, cost-effective course of treatment, and I now see the value in their recommendations over my own preconceived notions.

Dr. Remington, you and your team have set a new standard for what dermatology care should be. I am deeply grateful for your integrity, and I look forward to continuing my journey under your guidance in treating my ace scaring and age related issues.
