Each one has followed up with strength exercises based on what they noticed during the massage, which is something I find extremely important for injury prevention.

I decided to continue seeing Pali because he uses very firm pressure, based on my guidance, but somehow it’s not painful. It’s like he makes sure the muscles are “ready” before moving into deeper pressure and tissue work.
