I've been going to the Self Centre at Whitemud Crossing for a couple of years and have always had a great visit on each occasion. I've picked a couple of different practitioners for my visits and each one has been both professional and friendly.

I had specific target area issues and Pamela addressed those diligently - and a couple related issues - and released the tight spots and painful joints. She provided me with instant relief and saved me from having my back go into full spasms.

Booked an appointment because of some severe neck strain and stress tension buildup as the typical treatment of advil and some rest wasn't really working out. Booked a session online in hopes of some relief before visiting my family doctor for other solutions and my assigned therapist bumped me into an appointment a day earlier than was available online based on my comments in the booking app. My therapist was very friendly and professional when I arrived and had everything ready to go. My one hour session was honestly a life saver and eliminated so much tension and pain that I was in a daze for the rest of the evening.
