Need another survey done to confirm location of property line since the markers from previous survey got moved. Contacted Quantum Geomatics and hired them for their fast response and reasonable price. They did the work even when it was raining and even put additional markers as reference points. Appreciate the fast work and will definitely call them again for future surveys.
Richard was great to deal with. I contacted him about getting a Real Property Report done, and instead of simply selling me a new one, he took the time to check his records and let me know he had already completed one for my property. That honesty saved me both time and money.

I needed to verify a property line quickly so that we wouldn't hold up the ground work needed to put up a shop on our property. I spoke to Richard at Quantum Geomatics and he was able to come out and survey our place and provide the report and drawings within days so we didn't have to push back our timelines.
