I've been coming here for over a decade to get Mark to cut my hair... since high school. Prices are very reasonable and he knows how to cut my super thick black hair. Many others have struggled to layer it properly and charge double. Cash only though.

Bonus that this salon is in Chinatown :) After a cut, I love grabbing food from one of the many good restaurants in the area.

Definitely the best place to get hair cut in town. The staff are friendly and price very reasonably. Really good skilled staff and short waiting time. Parking friendly. Strongly recommended!

This salon was recommended by my friend and tried it. After my haircut, my friends kept telling me that it has been the best haircut I ever done. It suits me and looks good on me. I love how it turned out and I feel comfortable. Thank you PV hair salon. Definitely will comeback. Very stylish and the older guy who cut my hair knows what he’s doing. He is the best.
