This was my first time visiting Alina! i booked a massage and the jade bed ( i forget the proper name). she balanced my chakras as well and helped me learn more about myself and what my body needed. she’s very knowledgeable and offered me really great insight. i feel relaxed and like weight has been lifted off me after my time with her. will definitely be going back.

I have been under the excellent care of Alina for 2 years now. By far the best massage I've ever experienced. She has taken the time to look at some issues prior to the massage and provide me with recommendations on correcting. Well versed in natural medicines and vitamins, and very in tune with the going-ons of my body (water intake, or lack there of, salt, kidneys etc). As a man, I often forget about self care/pampering, but Alina keeps bring me back. 1.5 hr massage is my go to. She knows if I need cupping or not, so doesn't provide unnecessary treatment. The room is calming and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Alina always makes me feel very comfortable and cared for. She is certified in several practices, including massage therapy, reflexology, acupuncture, and cupping, so she is able to customize your appointments with a blend of services to best support you.
I really appreciate that Alina takes the time to explain what she's doing, and checks in often to make sure I'm comfortable. She's also very knowledgeable - she informed me I had a hip misalignment in my and recommended I go to an osteopath to correct it (I did and it made a big difference in my posture and comfort)!
