First time using Pure Fresh as I read their reviews which were generally positive. They were very responsive and made things right when my original appt was cancelled due to a mechanical failure with one of their trucks. They were early for their start time which was good, but I didn't get a call 30 mins in advance and scrambled to get my dog out of the house. The guys doing the work were fast and thorough and provided a quick assessment on how my ducts/vents looked (quite dirty) and furnace (in good shape). The ducts were professionally cleaned. The estimate given was accurate. The furnace was cleaned nicely. We also had the dryer vent cleaned. We are very happy with the work. Thank you.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
