Our 1st -15 in Edmonton and my furnace is not working. I called Pro Plumbing and within 5 min, I received confirmation that a technician would be at my house in less then 2hrs. Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions.
