I had THE BEST service & experience at this Petsmart this morning !!!! SALLY you are the kindest soul ! She was so helpful helping me install the app I had no idea how to. It was a miserable day but she was a ray of sunshine !!!!!
I don’t think I’ve ever been so baffled from an interaction with a store employee before. I asked them if they carried Feliway, and she asked me if I “tried looking at a shelf?”
I’m not sure if she misheard me or was having a horrible day, I’m only giving 2 stars because the interaction was so odd it made me laugh on the drive home.
I bring my German Rottweiler here to get her nails trimmed. Kendra is the person who cuts them every time. She does such an amazing job. I am too nervous to do it myself, and I've been bringing my dog here ever since she was a puppy. I have full trust with Kendra, and she delivers every single time. Thank you, and from the bottom of my heart, I really appreciate you.
