I've shopped at Pet Smart for over 20 years. I've gone to another pet store but recently have gone back to this location. I was surprised that as soon as I walked in the door, the staff asked me, "OMG, where have you been!"I felt so welcome, and it was wonderful and heartwarming to know they missed me. Especially three of their most senior staff members. They remembered my dogs name, and when my one dog passed away, they were sincerely sympathetic and kind.This location is clean and organized and well stocked. Most of the staff are helpful but there is one younger man that is more concerned with his phone than any communication with customers.The other staff have gone above and beyond to find products and even check expiry dates at the till.

A good place to go for a very wide variety of different animal needs... The staff is always quick to help and very informative on the things that they know, and they have helped me out very deeply in the past. Definitely a good choice of business to hit up when you need something for your little fuzzy loved one
