The team at this location is absolutely incredible! I have a big boy who is reactive to other dogs, and the team here has also been kind, helpful & understanding. It’s the only location I trust for bathtime with all of my dogs.

This is my favorite location in Edmonton by far.Bridgette (I feel like I spelt that incorrectly:/) is amazing, she has been so kind to me and my dog Gus.I wish I knew the other employees names because they have all been great as well.My dogs use the bath tubs there, and they are so easy and convenient.They have sales often, and I love that they support SafeTeam Rescue.❤️

Every single time I come through their doors, I am openly welcomed as if I were family. Each employee makes the experience fun, even though I walk out with a lighter wallet. Lol. I take advantage of the monthly Senior’s Day event so stock up on bags of dog food as I prepare to haul 6 months supply each winter down to Mexico. Our doggies do well on Pet Valu’s brand, Ultra Performatrin. The manager and assistant manager always support giving me the best deal they can. They even haul it all out to my vehicle for me! Love this particular store!
