Ashley gave me the most effective massage I have had in my life. She adjusted the pressure, did cupping, and used very skillful techniques. Also she is a very kind, caring, sweet, skilled and helpful massage therapist! I definitely recommend booking an appointment with her for your first relief!!
Was very impressed with Trevor and will book him again. He took the time to understand the issue with my back. He was thorough in his treatment and pleasant to chat with throughout the session.
After months of nursing gym related injuries to no avail, I saw TJ for a sports massage. I knew immediately I was in good hands from his approachable demeanour to his thorough pre massage assessment. I quickly developed a love hate relationship with his ability to target areas of concern and left feeling pain free. Would highly recommend him :)
