“I have been wearing glasses for over 50 years, and I have NEVER broken a pair and then a week ago I accidentally sat on them. I thought, 'good thing I purchased the protection plan'. It turns out that because I had purchased them in 2023, that protection had already expired. Avril, manager, to the rescue!! I still had protection for my lenses and Avril was able to order me a new pair of frames. Avril noticed that my lenses were scratched so I went ahead and ordered new lenses for the $25.00 you pay when you have protection. All of this was done with a beautiful smile and "I got you" attitude!!! Avril was even able to glue the arm back on my original pair so that I have something to use until the new ones comes in.
