Had my frames break overnight. Came in and the staff were incredibly helpful. They had my frames in house and were able to transfer my lens' immediately so I had glasses again! So easy to deal with and everyone there was so easy to talk to. Store is always clean and staff are always professional. Highly recommend them. I have been going for years and they have never disappointed me.

Very pleasant experience. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. However when I finally got my glasses I can't see properly. Same thing happened with my last pair at Lenscrafters. Very disappointed.
