Doctors are amazing here, I always come here. But I came recently there was a hijabi girl at front desk making fun of a poor African lady who barely spoke a word of English, because she gave her information instead of her husbands, and spoke in Arabic which I understood lol, talking so poorly of her. Otherwise the other girls they have are amazing but this is the first time seeing this one, and she just sat there talking smack, and talking in Arabic not realizing there could be others around who understand.

Very disappointed! Even though the appointment was booked, had to wait for a long time!

I waited for over an hour so that a dr could barely glance at my son, write a prescription, and walk us to the front door in under 20 seconds.

I tried several times to book an appointment and had an extremely poor experience. I provided my AHC number, date of birth, and phone number to one receptionist, but she said she couldn’t find me and blamed a system glitch. I was then placed on hold for about 15 minutes. If the system was not working, I should have been advised to call back later once it was resolved.
When I called again, I was disconnected multiple times. I called again and a different staff member answered and said she would transfer me to someone “who could help,” which was confusing since my request was simply to book an appointment. On another attempt, I was repeatedly put on hold, taken off hold to ask if I could continue waiting, and then disconnected again.
This happened across multiple calls. The reception staff were unhelpful, disorganized, and unprofessional. Booking an appointment should not be this difficult.

I really don’t see the point of booking an appointment at this clinic!!! My appointment was at 11 a.m., it’s now noon and I’m still sitting here waiting, supposedly because a walk-in patient came in right before me lol. Even if that were true, doctors never spend an hour with one patient… I honestly don’t know what to think about this clinic. Especially since the first doctor I was supposed to see, Dr. Kitwanda, was never available, every time I called to book an appointment, I was told he was absent. Ugh. Now I see Dr. Raja she takes her time and always seems available. The girls at the front desk are nice.

Had a good experience at this walk-in clinic. The receptionist Rav was very kind, polite, and made check-in easy. I appreciated the friendly service!

My whole family were lucky enough to have Dr. Kuganathan as our GP for over 10yrs, but the constant change in staff (both medical and non medical) has been exhausting. We were recently informed that a NEW doc (Raja Garman) would be taking over patient care. Let me preface this by saying… starting over with a new doc that hasn’t even dabbled into your records and gaslights you about your pain upon first meeting you, is troubling. I was fortunate enough to make an appointment… (called on a Monday, got in the following Friday) however, the almost 2hour wait for said appointment was disappointing but also not surprising.
I have had wonderful care in the past with the LPN and the NP that works there, the reception/clerks are mediocre at best, but I’m positive I never want to go back there. I am trying to articulate this as best as I can, as a medical professional myself… there is something very strange about the care I received from Dr. Garman. Was she polite? Sure. Meek, absolutely. Informed? No. As a middle aged perimenopausal woman who is trying advocate for MY health (mentally, physically and all things in between) I do not recommend Dr. Garman. I felt very judged and shamed for asking the simplest of inquiries. I don’t think she believes in woman’s health.
I wish them all the best.

My physician left this clinic in December 2025 and I was not informed. However, I decided to give it a try with another physician. The morning of my appointment, the receptionist called me @ 09h00 to inform me that the doctor was delay and move my appointment to 11h45. I saw him @ 13h25. The waiting room was overcrowded. We almost had to wait outside in the parking lot. They are putting 2 new rooms to receive patients. This reduced the waiting room by 1/3.

They never take us on time for our appointments. Appointment or not, it’s always really long before we get to see the doctor.
