The service is great and the team does a solid job, but the recent charges don’t seem fair. I feel like I’ve been overcharged, and there’s no clear explanation for it. I still value the service, but the billing needs to be more transparent and reasonable.

We have had a mysterious (intermittent) issue with our NEST thermostat for a long time and today Ryan found out what was wrong and fixed it. He carefully explained the problem and what he did to solve it. Honestly as a layperson much of what he said went over my head but the important thing is he knew exactly what to do. In the process he gave us a bunch of tips on the NEST and furnace operation and swapped the furnace filter because it was getting dirty. And he's friendly too! I can honestly recommend Nortec for your heating needs.

I’ve stuck with Nortec since 2008, they are dependable and fair with the price. Some jobs have been emergencies, others have been proactive maintenance. I always try to do some initial troubleshooting and take photos to help define the scope of work and expectations. I ask for Jesse and he always helps me out.
