After buying a home in Edmonton, I desperately needed to change the old, smelly carpet. I reached out to 6 different companies to get a quote. Out of the 6 companies, New Image Flooring was the fastest in terms of response time, fair pricing, and a quick installation.I reached out on a Sunday, the following Monday was a holiday but Shawn still reached out to let me know he would follow up on Tuesday with more information. He was at my house by Thursday with samples and measured for a quote. Less than 24 hours, I had a great quote in my inbox and we moved forward with scheduling.
