I think this shop is the best in the city had issues with my Honda pilot take it to 3 shops and still didn’t fix dalzell got it fixed in no time, they even clean the car inside and outside very happy with the service money well spent thanks guys

We started coming here about a year ago, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place, their work and the staff! We have multiple older vehicles that are often in need of maintenance or repair. They have always been available either same day or within 1-2 days. They do a great job with the repairs and I always get my vehicle back cleaner inside and out than when I delivered it. They always explain all the repairs they do and often give us a call before to see what we want to fix and what can wait. We are definitely loyal customers and will be bringing our vehicles back for year to come!

When my vehicle broke down I called Dalzell's and spoke with Mike. He was able to get me in right away and have my vehicle back to me 24 hours later. I had called other repair shops and was being quoted twice the amount. I was made aware of all charges and repairs. Then I was even told future repairs that are starting to appear. Nothing was charged to me that I did not agree to. Finally the shop was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Thank you Dalzell's! I will be back for those other repairs for sure :)

They did the previous oil change for me and I found extras added to the bill, (windshield fluid top up, extra costs) I told them I will not pay for the "extras" that I did not ask for. If you want to do that then it should be complimentary. They did credit me back on that invoice for the windshield fluid. So I thought let's get them to do the oil change again. Now they told me that the oil drain plug had "burs" on it so they charged me close to $40 for a new one! I said that they did the last oil change and that it was there mechanic that caused the issue. Was it? or was the "management looking to add extras on the invoice? Oh once again they added the "windshield fluid top up", (extra costs). Really! This will be the last time going there because there is no trust in there performance and billing.

I have been doing business with this facility for years now. When it came to my personal vehicle I have never had a better experience. Honestly they went above and beyond and I literally cried happy tears. Thank you to all the fabulous staff members who genuinely care.
