Had neck and shoulder tightness that was causing pain and limiting range of motion. Had a one hour massage with Katie. It was painful as she worked on getting out knots and pressing pressure points. She did massage, cupping, and stretching.
During the process of filling out assessment and insurance forms she came across somewhat direct. I could see how others have perceived this as poor customer service. Once the massage started I could tell she was really focused on healing my condition. I am grateful as I feel so much better.
The customer service could have been better: from the tone, to checking the forms with information, to respecting the client's choices. The massage technique and strength applied were there (although not asked for), but the attitude should have been more respectful and attentive.
I had a chance to book an appointment with Katie for 90 min. When I went there she greeted me with smile and then I told her about my shoulders pain that I have for 2 months. She did really good job to relief me from a pain. Believe me she got a lot of experience and techniques for massage i don’t think is anybody is good like her in this city.
