Curtis did an excellent job replacing our sump pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. He clearly explained what the issue was, what needed to be done, and made sure we understood our options throughout the process.
We especially appreciated that he cleaned up the work area when he was finished and left everything neat and tidy. During a stressful situation, his calm and professional approach made the whole experience much easier. We would definitely recommend Mr Rooter to anyone needing plumbing or sump pump services.

Had Daryl and his assistant come out to my grandpas house a couple weeks ago for a pretty sizeable job. They were quick, efficient, and extremely pleasant to work with.
