Ordered the Ten C Black Arctic Down Parka online. I expected it to arrive with a hanger and Ten C branded hanger cover. Fortunately, Brenden was willing to extend their services by mailing me the cover free of charge. Friendly service!

Mohammed was polite and attentive in making sure my suit is ready for the big day! He went above and beyond to check and make sure my suit fill well and was comfortable.Brendan is charming as always!. Although busy (a good sign). The gents went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt taken care of!
