I am proud to say Derek Tile SVC. after you quoted me $1000 in person and then sent me text quote of $1650, which was ignorant, if anything... that i went about and grout sanding all of my joints, and applied superior grout, and my bathroom tile is more than i have ever received from a contractor to date. It is absolutely beautiful! So, i should say thank you for sparking the will within me to accomplish what no contractor could give me. And that is a job well done and done to my high expection. We chose Mr. Ceramic based on their excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed. We initially met with Louise in their showroom with photos of our current walk in shower which was in desperate need of replacing, as was the bathroom floor tile. We wanted to keep the rest of the bathroom tile the way it was, and Louise was very helpful in assisting us in choosing tile that would complement what we already had, and tie everything together. Louise and Richard came out to do an onsite estimate and we booked our reno. We were just looking, and we're helped by a great lady, Louise. She was so knowledgeable about the different tiles, and answered all of our questions politely and full of suggestions for our upcoming project. I had one idea in my brain for what I thought I wanted, but with all the help from Louise, I now know what I do and don't want. Thank you Louise.
