I have been going here for a few years and it's a really friendly atmosphere with amazing people who take pride in what they do. I had one occasion where the hair colour did not come out as I expected. The the technique was done beautifully and the overall look was gorgeous, but it was not what I had envisioned. I reached out to them and they fit me in to fix it up and make it align more with my vision. I have so much appreciation and respect for businesses who will honor their work and who care about whether or not their customers are happy, and they definitely care. Thank you Claudia and Brenda for always helping me feel special and beautiful. The cleanliness of the salon is impressive, and being able to use a soft hand-towel in the washroom is a wonderful detail. Thank you for your consistent, detailed work. Im very very fusy about my hair and know exactly what I want. I have had the same hair dresser for years,how ever to get into her is very difficult so I needed to find another one. Apprehensively i went to Modiglini and worked with Heather I had the exact product numbers I wanted for my highlights and lowlights. we worked through the process and my hair in the end turned out even better then I expected. Im so happy and now I have a new hairdresser. Thank you Heather!!
