It was very busy when I went in, but the wait wasn't too long, the chairs aren't uncomfortable, I didn't see a spot to charge a phone. The nurses were very nice and helpful. The doctor i saw made time for me, asked questions and took my concerns seriously. I will come be if I ever need to.

Needed an x-ray, no appointmen, walk in , 10 minute wait, professional front end & technician staff. Free surface parking depends on time of day, highly recommend.

It was our first time visiting this clinic Extremely long wait times. We waited over 2 hours today. The clinic wasn't busy, and other walk-in patients who came after us were taken in before us. Unfair waiting system still we are wating

Came in when clinic opened and 3rd walk in. Asked 50. Minutes later where I am on the list number 3 with bs excuse when I clearly saw another lady walk in after and go in before me. Must play favourites here

My experience with Medicine Place in clinic was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were very unprofessional and did not know how to deal with patients properly. Their attitude was rude and disrespectful.
I also noticed that they were busy with personal matters, such as eating sweets during working hours, which caused unnecessary delays and made patients wait much longer than expected.
The cleanliness was unacceptable—the rooms were very dirty, which is extremely concerning for a medical clinic. In addition, the computer and keyboard were placed in an unsafe area where children could easily bump into them, potentially causing accidents.
As for the doctor MD , I was given an appointment at 1:20 PM, but the doctor left the clinic at that exact time and only returned at 3:00 PM, while patients were still waiting. This is completely unreasonable and highly unprofessional, showing no respect for patients’ time or well-being.
Overall, a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this clinic.
