I had a great massage with Ana today! She is very knowledgeable, sharing reasons why some areas may require more focus. She also constantly asked if the pressure was adequate which shows shes customer focused. Overall, I had a super nice session with this lady and can't wait to return to her for another!

While the receptionists who had to book mine and my two other family member appointments was obviously clueless and didn't know what she was doing by any means. I do have to say that the massage therapist that I had even though not qualified to do the hot stone massage that I requested for my daughter and myself with surprisingly great with the pressure for the therapeutic massage that I did receive instead and the receptionist on duty who wasn't the one who took the bookings was amazing at solving the issue. Thanks to Lilliana for a great massage!It was most enjoyable and contrary to previous reviews that I had read… she gave me one hour massage plus she was very cautious to provide comfort and attention to concerns I might’ve had.I received a gift certificate of which was very enjoyable on every level.
