RONA+ Edmonton-West has transformed from a Lowe's store into a beloved local destination for hardware and construction needs. Customers appreciate the everyday low prices on a wide range of quality products, including paint, patio furniture, tools, flooring, and appliances. The store caters to both DIY enthusiasts and professionals, making it an ideal place for home and yard improvement projects. While there have been some mixed experiences with a few staff members, many customers have expressed gratitude for the helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist shoppers. The store offers a welcoming environment and a great selection of products, making it a preferred choice over competitors. Shoppers can visit the store or shop online to find everything they need for their projects.
I was just in to buy some shingles and dealt with Kelly (the manager). I had an awesome experience! It's not often someone shakes a female's hand while being in a hardware store, but I sure appreciated the kind nature and helpfulness Kelly extended.
I recently visited RONA West Edmonton and although I’m not usually a fan of home improvement stores, they made our visit quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful in finding everything we needed. The store was nice and cool, which was especially appreciated during the summer and they even had a clean, spacious washroom. Overall, it was a great experience!
More staff is needed here. I shouldn't be the one helping people who can't find what their looking for, while waiting myself for assistance. The staff here are great. But you can't expect them to be in two to three places at once and then reprimanded them for the store not doing well financially. That's just bad management.
