I worked there as a sales associate. Back in 2014-15. I have many stories about that place.There is a big guy named Pierre who work there and he was a big tough guy biker dude. Put visine in my coffee. Which almost killed me.Anyway a customer comes in with a little chunk of wood and I see the manager and the tough guy Pierre in the middle of the shop discussing this piece of wood and I know exactly what's going on they don't know what it is and it's an orange piece of wood and I can remember my dad was an expert wood carver working on teak which was orange once. We have come to this location 3 times now and every single time we have been met by friendly staff.Store is clean and we were able to purchase what we needed.One of the blades was broken due to a manufacturing problem, and the return was easy and fast. Would definitely recommend this business.

Service was great! Was just at KMStools and had no service. It was a struggle to have some simple prices checked. The Busybee staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped through the door. Thanks everyone!!!
