I love my new blinds not only do they help with keeping the heat out of my west facing room but during the winters, the cold. From the time I ordered these blinds, it was only 2to 3 weeks before they were installed by Randy in less than 30 minutes!! A great experience I will be replacing the old blinds in my living room next!! Thank you, Linh and your staff for great service!

I couldn’t be happier with my new blinds! From the very beginning, the experience was professional and smooth, everything looks great. The blinds are automated, which adds a real touch of luxury and convenience to my home. At one point I must accidentally press something and they stopped opening fully. I was a bit worried, since I am not a very technical person, but Kat was amazing - she wrote me a detailed, step by step guide on how to fix it. Thanks to her clear instructions, I was able to solve this issue in no time! Overall, I am impressed with both the product and the customer service.
