I began treatment with Clifton following a vehicle collision, and I was also recovering from surgery. I had upper back soft tissue injury and surgery in the same area. Clifton started with light stretching exercise and we worked our way up to being able to lift weights. He provided me with exercises to do at home at a pace I could manage. I have full pain free movement and the tools to help me work out any pain or tightness that pops up. Clifton help me recover from both issues by giving me clear instruction, always following up,and with a very caring positive personality. Great staff and therapists. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I personally work with John Vihos and we have great sessions and conversations every time I come in. Traction, IMS, stretching, resistance training and TENS machines are some of the tools John has used with me. Been seeing John for 16 plus years now and no other therapist compares to John. Highly recommend but the timeslots fill up very quickly.
I had a compassionate and caring physiotherapist Carmen during my year long journey of healing. Carmen was very friendly and always professional. I thank John for filling the gap when Carmen wasn't around. Ilmun , the Kiniosologist was amazing and always provided me different options for my excercises. He was very professional and an amazing man who made my excercise time fun and flexible. I had a wonderful time with Savannah before she went for a mat leave as well.
