I will not apologize for the length of this review because every part of what follows matters and reflects the reality of my experience.
Kieron Parsons provides an exceptional level of osteopathic care. From the moment I entered the clinic, the atmosphere was peaceful and calming, creating an immediate sense of ease. The environment is clearly designed to support relaxation and focus, which set the tone for the entire appointment.
He is an osteopathic practitioner in training, yet his skill level, professionalism and clinical approach are already on par with a fully established practitioner. I saw him for an SI joint issue and he approached the problem with precision and clear understanding. Kieron communicates with clarity and purpose, asks the right questions, listens closely and seeks clarification when necessary. His manner is open, grounded and easy to engage with. There is nothing intimidating or distant about him. He presents himself as a committed practitioner who genuinely cares about the person in front of him.
The hands on treatment was delivered with precision and consistent attention to my comfort. He checked in frequently about pressure and technique, explained every step before he performed it and made clear why each intervention mattered. I felt safe throughout the session and understood the purpose of each movement he carried out.
As part of evaluating my overall body mechanics he also addressed an old injury in my left shoulder, which I fractured in 2023. The brief amount of time he spent on it made a noticeable improvement in my range of motion, which was more than I ever achieved from four and a half months of physiotherapy. That alone demonstrated the depth and accuracy of his approach.
I left the appointment with clear measurable physical change. My hips, which had been uneven when I arrived, were level as soon as I stood up to leave. The session also had a calming effect. His explanations and approach left me feeling clearer and more optimistic about my recovery.
The clinic’s administrative experience was strong as well. They called to arrange the appointment and their automated confirmation system sent a clear, organized email that allowed me to add the appointment to my Google calendar with a single click. The front staff were friendly and professional when I arrived. While making my way down the hallway I asked a lady where suite 201 was. She helped me without hesitation. I did not realize until later that she actually worked in the clinic, and that level of warmth genuinely mattered.
The larger building contributes to the overall experience. It is a positive health focused space with reasonable parking fees. Everything about it gives the impression that the people behind the facility respect the clients who come through the door.
I strongly recommend Kieron to anyone seeking osteopathic treatment. It is clear he brings the same commitment and knowledge to a wide range of problems. One of the most impressive aspects of his approach is his honesty regarding outcomes. He stated directly that if there is no meaningful improvement after three sessions, it is time to move on to another modality. That level of integrity is rare and demonstrates that he prioritizes the client’s progress above repeat visits.
This is a practitioner who delivers genuine care, exceptional skill and a thoroughly positive clinical experience. If someone is considering osteopathy, Kieron Parsons is a provider worth seeing.

DR. ROBERT PEARMAN as my Naturopath and Valerie as my Doula, I felt in such good hands during pregnancy. I am so grateful I found this beautiful establishment in Edmonton, I looked forward to each visit... and their care was phenomenal in giving me holistic alternatives to all my needs during pregnancy and postpartum recovery and acupuncture treatments...I could not recommend this enough to all the moms and anyone interested in holistic health :)

I go and see Anne-Laure and she is amazing. After one visit I felt more aligned and pain free. I have injuries from childhood and feel like I have found someone who can actually help with the effects of those issues after years of compounding problems. I am so grateful.

Great place that offers oestepath services and other great wellness services to help those that require it. There is no dedicated parking. So add a few minutes to find a free parking spot in the area. And a few more minutes to walk there. Located on the second floor.

Dr Robert Pearman is phenomenal, takes the time to explain everything and makes me feel very comfortable and confident. I saw him the first time a year ago and fixed a problem no doctor was able to provide a solution to. I will continue to see him without a doubt.
