Lavenders Contracting Ltd. is known for their amazing and efficient service, responding quickly to urgent situations. Many highly recommend Lavenders for their professionalism and effective solutions, making difficult situations more manageable.
Tammy and Shawyn have been absolutely fantastic, patient, helpful, and incredibly honest. After a home inspection flagged a potential defect on my sewer, I was extremely worried about the cost. They came out to take a look, and instead of taking advantage of the situation to sell me a service I didn't need, they reassured me that everything was actually perfectly fine. They saved me from spending unnecessary money, and I cannot appreciate their integrity enough. Highly recommend!
We recently had to have our sewer line replaced and from talking to others I gave Lavenders a call.
Shawyn was able to come out right away and give me an estimate that was very reasonable.
Once I was ready to go the crew came out much quicker than I feared with all of the troubles around the city and did an excellent fast job.
There was a minor problem with the inspections that were absolutely not their fault but they worked with me to quickly resolve the issue.
I would recommend them to anyone.
