I signed up at LA Fitness about a month ago and have been really enjoying it. The sign-up process was smooth, and I was given a great tour of the facility beforehand. The gym is clean, spacious, and well equipped, and I’ve never had to wait to use any equipment.
The Fitness Director, Leron, has been very professional and knowledgeable. Today, I attended my first-ever boot camp, which was led by Leron with the warm-up guided by Seyma. Boot camps have always intimidated me, but this class pushed me to work hard while still being enjoyable. Seyma helped correct my form and encouraged me to try movements I didn’t think I could do.
When you want to punish your business, hire unprofessional front desk employees who are unhelpful and lack basic customer service skills. Instead of being helpful , they work hard to make things difficult. Respectfully, to the owners , train your staff and teach them to be helpful.if you want customers to keep coming to your gym.

Been coming here for the past 4 years — we stay in town for a month and work out here while we’re in town. Amenities are top notch (jacuzzi, steam, pool, showers, etc.) and the staff is extremely accommodating. We appreciate how easy it is to make this our home gym — thank you!!
