The West End location has many choices for equipment and classes. At this time 4 treadmills are out of order ( has signage) and countless ellipticals (no out of service signage on them, just no power). At one time I would refer this gym to family and friends. At this time I am embarrassed to admit this is my gym. The cleaning at the gym has went downhill. I have mentioned this to numerous staff members, recently. The women's changing room lockers have not been cleaned for months. The counters are filthy most of the time, except when the part time staff clean them. The equipment is filthy. There are 5 stations to grab paper towels and sanitizer. 1 is broke and 1 only... read full review

Lots of positive features but unfortunately lots of negatives. Sometimes the pool is so cold it is impossible to use. The jacuzzi is closed quite often. The worst is the smell of dirty carpeting in the main room, where the machines are located. Please move all equipment to the side and clean the carpet. When it dries, do the other side. Can't you smell it?

Only the female staff are nice the others never greet you or acknowledge you. Machines often need servicing. No one wipes any equipment and lots of rude members who want to alternate between 5 different machines after each set and get mad that you don’t want to wait 30 mins for them to finish because they’re upset they can’t hog 5 machines at once. Mostly just angry old people who are surprised when you say anything rude back. Otherwise it’s ok, kinda stuck with it since I paid already lol
