Had a problem late on a Friday. The guys at Koko couldn’t get out that day. They walked me through things to keep the tub from freezing. Had me text pictures over the weekend and were able to diagnose the problem. Sold me a part Monday and walked me through how to repair it. Excellent service and they saved me hundreds of dollars I was ready to pay. Highly recommend

These guys were awesome. Hot tub quit heating and they were there the next day! I am back up and running and their follow up to make sure everything is still running smoothly has been great!
