Phoned 8 Dealerships to get our Motor home in to get a wheel Alignment and A/C repaired.
Phoned Koch Ford and the appointment coordinator Katlin was excellent, and got our Motorhome in very quick, the job they did was outstanding, compared to the Langley B.C Ford Dealership that would not give us the time of the day after their repair on it. I would and did recommend to another Motorhome family member to get there's fixed too.
They also got theirs done right away and were very happy with the job done.
Being that I worked for Ford for 28 years on Vancouver Island, I would highly recommend this dealership.
5 stars.
The Service advisor Ryan was very professional at his job and very helpful and made you feel welcome.
Thanks, Koch Ford

Thanks Angie, great job organizing the semi annual inspection of my vehicle and the following repairs. I can head to Victoria next month and not worry about getting stranded on the roadside with a breakdown.s
I had an excellent experience with Angie in the Service Department at Koch Ford. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything smooth and stress-free.
