Atlas Auto is a trusted and knowledgeable automotive shop, known for their excellent care of high-end German-made vehicles. They provide informative and fair out-of-province inspections, and have a specialist with 15 years of experience. The staff is really great and genuine, offering quick and polite service. Customers appreciate that the team explains issues and solutions clearly, even to those who don’t understand cars well. The shop is a family-run business that takes the time to address only what is necessary, often going above and beyond by addressing some things free of charge. Prices are affordable, and appointments are scheduled promptly with minimal time commitment. Many customers feel safe and respected after visiting, with some becoming loyal clients for years. Atlas Auto helps customers understand their vehicles and avoid overpaying for parts, making them a preferred alternative to dealerships.
I couldn't be more pleased to leave a review for an amazing company. I looked around to find a place to do an Out Of Province Inspection and found Atlas. I called them and was provided with very concise information. I took my car in and was met with a very personable man who immediately gave me the low down of what to expect, the time frame, cost, etc - very transparent, very honest and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The inspection was complete when he said it would be and price was exactly as quoted. I am assuming it was VJ who I dealt with - and if this service is indicative of everything, I will be taking my car to him for all repairs, maintenance, and service.… read full review
I stopped here on a Friday to get my truck looked at, and they were incredibly transparent, professional and easy to work with. If you have a vehicle problem and need someone honest to do the job so you know what you are paying for, bring it here. Good help is hard to find, do yourself a favor and let these guys make your vehicle repair as stress free as possible.
Great service and prices. Very knowledgeable and honest. It's rare to find mechanics with honesty. I can see why they are highly reviewed and are one of the oldest running shops in the city.
