I am happy to have been coming here for years. There are gaps in between yet they keep an excellent record and always take excellent care of me. I trust that they do good work, and always go above and beyond. Even with years in between, I always leave with a positive Impression. Also a huge shout out to Jessica, Janet and Dr Bowker. I had pre booked an appointment with them weeks prior and then found out I was laid off. I called them and they were able to get me in that day and had already pre approved the claim so I was still able to get the work done still under my coverage. I can’t say how much that was appreciated.
My wife and I went in for our routine checkup and cleaning. We’ve moved far North for over a year now but we still come back to Impression Dental due to their excellent service, great ambience, and friendly rapport. We were greeted by Jessica, who’s always very good at reminders and tells us everything that we need to know! Dr Nolan and Janet were absolutely very professional and nice! I’ve recommended this place to my brother and his family and are also regulars! We’re long time clients and will be recommending this place! Marvelous place! Top notch service! Keep it up!
I urgently needed a new dentist to deal with my tooth pain. I was able to easily book an appointment and get a diagnosis within 1 week. I needed a root canal, and was able to book several appointments in a 6 week span to take care of everything: cleaning, root canal, and fillings. I had a superb experience the whole time! The receptionist was super friendly and went over my insurance coverage each time. Dr Nolan and the dental assistants were very professional, and went above and beyond to clearly explain to me the procedures they did, what exactly was wrong with my teeth, and what I should do to better take care of my teeth.
