    Audrey was amazing to work with! Although I had some idea of the foods that caused distress for me, we narrowed it down to the most problematic ones. Bloating and distension are significantly reduced and I can plan ahead to minimize symptoms when eating at restaurants. ?

    I sought out Audrey after a long standing battle with IBS like symptoms. I tried many methods of managing my symptoms prior but nothing was ever sustainable. I knew a bit about FODMAPS but found the internet gave me a lot of mixed ideas of what they meant and how to approach a low FODMAP diet. Audrey helped me have a clear and much better understanding of what FODMAPS are and how they can affect digestion. The temporary alterations in my diet were life changing and allowed me to gain a better understanding of what I need to do on a daily basis to help minimize my symptoms.     Audrey was very supportive and caring! She helped me understand FODMAPS and what to eat to reduce my bloating symptoms. I feel so much better after working with her! I would highly recommend her if you have bloating issues after meals.
