It has all the equipment i need for my workouts the machines felt good and the pump felt amazing everyone there is super nice and id recomend choosing this gym over la fitness or any other cheap rec centre

What a excellent facilty and team. The knowledge and the help that Helen and Daph offer are beyond exceptional. They treat everyone with the same interest and support to reach their goal. If you are looking for a place that is knowledable and also the people are personable this is the place to be.
