Evariste is my personal trainer helping me reach my goals. It was my first day at hdf Friday and I just say extremely clean gym lots of equipment to hit every muscle group you need and Evariste is a whicked trainer with a lot of knowledge. Everyone in the gym was super friendly and focused on getting there workout in while being respectful which I find is hard to come by at some of the big gyms you go to in the city. Would highly recommend giving it a try and the membership price is very reasonable !

This gym surprised me in the best way 😊 I’ll be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in.
The outside is pretty understated, the kind of place you might drive past a few times before actually stopping. But the moment I stepped inside, I got it. The equipment is laid out so well that the space feels way bigger than it has any right to be.
The staff were genuinely great. Warm, welcoming, and the kind of people who make you feel like you belong there from day one. The whole atmosphere just pulls you in.

Honestly I’ve had a really sick experience at High Definition Fitness. The atmosphere is great, the people are welcoming, and the coaches actually care about helping you reach your goals. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and it just has a strong positive vibe every time you’re there. Would definitely recommend to reach any fitness goals you have!
