I’ve been taking my pets to Hermitage Vet Hospital for almost 15 years. Recently I had to say goodbye to my cat, and Dr Ward was wonderful, very empathetic and supportive. Kari was also so supportive and comforting, and the absolute best person to have working there that day.

the dignity and respect I got, when I brought my pet In to get cremated, I felt very comforted when I was there, I'd definitely recommend 5 stars

I have been nothing but pleased with this place. It was my dog’s time to go and they were all so kind. The room they set up for him was amazing, it was warm with blankets, nice dim lights and so many treats for him to have before he said goodbye. They truly made a horrible experience not that bad with such a comforting time for him. I cannot thank them enough
