I had been a patient of Dr. Lund for many years. I received excellent care from her. She has now retired. The receptionist called me months ago to set up a annual checkup for May. I booked it but couldn't keep my appointment for that day. I called to try to rebook it for another time.
I was met with the most unprofessional abrupt,cold rude person. Telling me you called the wrong clinic Dr. Lund doesn't work here anymore. (She retired) she proceeded to slam the phone down.
Do not go to this clinic unless you want to be met with this unprofessionalism from the receptionist who doesn't possess any telephone etiquette.

the receptionist just hung up on me twice??? i asked if they were taking patients and i got absolutely no response. instant hang up, i can hear her smashing the reciever down.

Great friendly service! Wait times were minimal. What really impressed me was having the doctor call me at home to check up on me! Been a long time since I've seen that.

I have been going to this clinic for more than 20 years. My doctor Mr. Mahmood Nizam is very caring & always be there for us when we need him, even if we need any prescription over the phone he calls us back on the same day & help us out. I give all 5 stars to this clinic & highly recommend to everyone!

Dr Lund is a horrible doctor, she is the leading factor to my fathers death, I will never recommend or forgive her, prescribing him highly addictive medication knowing family history of addiction, and when my father grew sick she kept giving him the drugs. She is the reason I do not have a father.if I could give this 0 stars I would

My son and i have been going to this clinic for almost 20 years. They are all wonderful, caring, and very helpful. We go to Dr. Sepannma-Lund, and she is always very helpful, listens to my concerns and understanding. I also see Janice, the nurse, due to my diabetes. She always says hello to me even if I don't have an appointment. I dropped into the clinic the other day, I had no appointment, but she brought me into her office anyway and talked with me for about 20 minutes or so.Wonderful clinic, and staff.I recommend this clinic yTo anyone in need of a Fantastic group of Dr's.

I have been going to the Heritage Lane Medical Clinic for around 35 years. I would not trade the people there for anything. The staff has always been extremely helpful and Dr. Husain is my hero. Not only does he check on my physical health, he's also very interested in my mental and emotional health. I give him credit for saving my life by sending me for my mammogram when I had forgotten about it. They found a tumor but because it was caught early, surgery, chemo and radiation got me through. As long as they are there, I will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years. The Dr.s and staff are wonderful, kind, understanding and if they are busy, but you need an appointment they will try their very best to get you in. I recommend Heritage Lane Medical Center to Anyone That needs a Dr.
