I've been fortunate to have Heather as my primary body and health therapist since Aug 2021. Seeking to implement lifestyle changes to address issues of knee and hip pain, her expertise (and advice and guidance) have led to vast improvements in my flexibility, strength and balance.I appreciate Heather's interest & engagement in my overall well-being,...the physical therapy along with great insight & coaching have helped me achieve some personal goals....improved fitness, significant weight loss (>35lbs over 6 months), last year walking 80+ rounds of golf pain-free while lowering scores, getting certified for scuba diving, getting back to playing hockey. It's as though...read full review

Heather is an excellent practitioner and overall a really cool human to connect with. She's really intuitive and respectful, and you can tell that she cares deeply about her clients and the work that she does. Her treatments and the knowledge that she has shared have helped me deal with some chronic back and shoulder issues, and I'm in a much better shape now than I was prior to being her client. She frequently offers techniques and tips for things to do at home, so you can feel good in between treatments. Also, as a plus-size person, she's never made me feel weird about my size and her space is incredibly comfortable and accessible. 10/10, will always recommend!
